The Support Services Division provide computer hardware/software technical services to all city departments.
Service Desk Program
The Service Desk is the entry point facilitating initial customer service request. The Service Desk reviews and assigns all tickets through the city ticketing system and manages all service calls.
Support Services Program
The Support Services staff maintain and service over 5,500 work stations and resolves 43,000 service requests per year.
