The Project Management Office (PMO) provides project management and business system analysis services focusing on technology solutions for City departments and the Public.
The PMO manages projects for IT service implementations, technology selections, software development, hardware installations, network upgrades, cloud computing, system integrations, business system analytics and data management. The PMO oversees 60-75 projects at any given time.
