Our providers put City of El Paso employees first, saving you precious time and unwanted stress so you can focus on your health. The following services are provided at our clinics for eligible City employees:
- Acute episodic care and symptom relief (strains, sprains and pains)
- Cholesterol, hypertension (high blood pressure), and diabetes screenings, treatment and management.
- Sore throats, ears and headache.
- Personal hygiene matters
- Cough and sinus
- Rashes and allergies
- Flu shots
- Minor injuries
- Wellness programs
The listed services are provided at no cost to employees covered under the City’s Medical Insurance, Retirees (under 65 years old) covered under the City’s Medical Insurance and dependents (18 years old and older) that are covered under the City’s Medical Insurance.
The Clinics listed below do NOT provide medical care for Workers’ Compensation claims.

During the COVID-19 Pandemic it is important that you please call the corresponding clinic for appointment during regular business hours to schedule an office visit. All visitors are subject to be pre-screened prior to their visit.
We make every effort to stay on schedule, although emergencies do arise. If we are seriously delayed, we attempt to notify patients beforehand.
Shape It Up! El Paso Biometric Screenings
Non-Uniform employees and Uniform Police employees eligible for the City’s Health Plan, make an appointment for a biometric screening at the La Quinta location. Please take the Biometric Incentive Application to your visit.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911.
Calls to the health center are received during our office hours. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message and your call will be returned promptly. Messages left after hours will be returned the next business day.
